Anupama Written Episode Update
Kavya explains to Shahs that a strong foundation is crucial for a house to stand, and similarly, she sees her relationship with Vanraj as a house with a faulty foundation. Kavya reveals that she met Vanraj shortly after breaking up with Anirudh and was attracted to him despite knowing it was a mistake. She was present when Anupama shared a story and recognized her mistake, leading her to visit Anupama’s home as a friend to meet her husband. Kavya describes her behavior as similar to that of a drug addict who will do anything to get her fix. She acknowledges that she and Vanraj hurt Anupama so much that their relationship suffered.
Kavya then goes on to express her emotions, describing how the entire family never accepted her and how each member reacted toward her. She also mentions how everyone expected her to be like Anupama, which was impossible for her. Kavya tried her best to be a good daughter-in-law but could never accept Vanraj’s children as her own. Despite Kinjal and Samar pleading with her not to leave, Kavya says she can no longer stay in the house, but she will attend Samar’s wedding. She advises Toshu not to lose Kinjal, who she believes is a good girl. Kavya hugs Kinjal and tells her that the house needs her and she should take care of it. Finally, she touches Leela and Hasmukh’s feet, expressing her love for them and saying that she considers them as her parents and will visit them often.
Vanraj enters the room and starts shouting, saying that Kavya is free to leave if she wants to. He reminds her that she came to him after leaving Anirudh and warns her that if she returns to Anirudh, he will kick her out of the house. Kavya responds by laughing and tells Vanraj that he is too confident in himself. She also says that there will come a day when he will be alone and back to where he started. Kavya tells Vanraj that he may forget her, but her words will come true.
Vanraj bids Kavya farewell, and she reciprocates the sentiment by saying goodbye. Kavya acknowledges that their time together was difficult, but she hopes to leave peacefully and requests that Vanraj let her go happily. She then turns to Hasmukh and expresses her apprehension about leaving alone and requests his blessings. Hasmukh blesses her to always be happy. Kavya leaves Shah’s house in tears, while Vanraj shouts for her to get lost and never return as he won’t let her in again. He slams the door in anger and collapses. The family rushes to him, concerned for his well-being.
Kanta requests Anupama to promise that she will share all her struggles with her and that they will cry together to ease her pain, but she won't give up. Anupama nods in agreement. Soon after, Leela calls Anupama and informs her about Vanraj's condition. Anupama rushes to the hospital, where Leela breaks down and embraces her. Anupama comforts her and asks what happened. Samar explains that Vanraj collapsed after Kavya left him.
Leela weeps about her son’s misfortune and laments that happiness never stays with him. She mentions that he had recently secured a job, but now he is ill. She compares Vanraj’s fate to Anupama’s, saying that they both had arranged marriages followed by love marriages, but their spouses left them. Kinjal warns Leela not to talk about it at the moment, and Anupama also joins in and asks her to stop.
The doctor exits the ICU and informs the family that Vanraj suffered a heart attack. Leela becomes even more distraught upon hearing this news. The doctor reassures them that Vanraj is currently stable, but they need to keep him under observation for further testing. Leela asks if they can see Vanraj. The doctor permits them to visit him one by one. Leela, accompanied by Hasmukh, visits Vanraj first and continues to cry. Vanraj tells her to relax and asks about Anupama.
Pakhi sobs as she embraces Anupama and asks if Vanraj will recover. Anupama reassures Pakhi that Vanraj is strong and will recover soon. Pakhi apologizes for getting Anuj’s hopes up and failing to reunite Anupama with him. Anupama reminisces about anxiously awaiting Anuj’s return. Pakhi adds that if she hadn’t gone to Mumbai, none of this would have happened. Meanwhile, Vanraj inquires if Anupama has arrived. Leela confirms her arrival and Vanraj asks if she came for him. Leela responds positively, stating that Anupama came to see him.
Hasmukh mentions that Anupama came to them for the sake of humanity, Leela, himself, and their children. He suggests that they should inform Kavya about this. However, Vanraj interrupts him. Leela points out that Vanraj's condition is a result of Kavya's actions. Hasmukh disagrees with this, but Vanraj admits that he mistreated Kavya and requests Leela to bring Anupama inside. Leela happily leaves to call Anupama. Anupama expresses gratitude to Pakhi for her efforts to reconcile her with Anuj. She shares how one can feel exhausted after constantly expecting love from someone like Kavya. Anupama also advises Pakhi not to hold Kavya responsible for Vanraj's current state and continues to comfort her.
In the upcoming episode, Anupama tells Kanta that Kinjal has been admitted to Guruma Malti Devi’s Gurukul. Later, Anupama reaches the Gurukul to drop off Kinjal and is impressed by the serene environment. She meets Guruma Malti Devi and is in awe of her wisdom and teachings. Meanwhile, Vanraj is still recovering in the hospital, and Kavya is seen struggling to cope with her loneliness.
